144.95kg - My Weightloss journey with the SOLUTION COMBO
The SOLUTION COMBO is one of the products we normally recommend for someone who has a lot of weight to lose. Also people who is on chronic medications or health issues. It starts with a detox process. Once it is done, the fat burner and metabolism enhancer is used. Then when you hit a plateau, you use the Super Booster to get your weight loss on track again. Once you loose weight again, you finish your fat burner and metabolism enhancer. I am sure I am going to use a few of these during my journey.

Day 2 (04/01/2024) - 1.2kg off Feeling much much better today. Feel a little looser in my clothes - good energy levels. I have high blood pressure for which I only use cayenne pepper (I don't take chronic meds) but this morning I feel I don't need it.
Day 3 (05/01/2024) - Another 0.25g off. Total 1.45kg off in 3 days just with this DA Detox and SAiCS recommended Diet. I have not even started the Fat Burning formula yet ... but I think so far so good? Still feel well and great!
Day 4 (06/01/2024) - Done with Detoxing Another 035g off, so all together lost 1.8kg in 4 days. Just with the detoxing process and following the recommended diet...happiness! I must say I had a light headache the whole day yesterday and also felt hungry all the time. But this morning all is good again.
Started this morning with the fat burning process, AM Drops in the morning on an empty stomach & PM Drops tonight before going to bed. Very easy to use. No weird food or weighing involved. Convenient for anyone who has a busy life. Tastes almost like 'Lenon's Lewensessens' but lighter. Must be the aloe... This journey will continue for some weeks until I reach a plato where I cannot seem to loose weight anymore.

Day 5 (07/01/2024) - Up by 0.35g Jip, UP. I hate it, sitting on 1.45kg now. Ok, I did 'çheat' the night before. Could not resist the slap chips and russians (I have not eaten that in a while). BUT I did use the 'QUICK CHEAT' before and after. But I ate too much as I still felt the effects. I know what I did wrong...just hoping it wont affect me much longer.
Day 6 (08/01/2024) - Down by 0.20g - at least OFF and not up again! 1.65kg off now. Going to definitely stick to my diet now and try not to deviate again. To use the Cheat It should not give me that free pass... It must ONLY be used in emergencies.
Day 7 (09/01/2024) - Down by 0.90g - THAT IS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT...Jeaaaahhhh!!! 2.55kg off. Well, hubby and me went to the mall and decided to have a nice breakfast. I did not have my Quick Cheat companion with me, but I ate a chicken & bacon salad with some nice rooibos tea. Will see what effect this has on me...I hope not too big
Day 8 (10/01/2024) - Down by 0.35g, still on track. 2.9kg off. Just keeping my head down and try to stick to the diet and water drinking as best I can!
Day 9 (11/01/2024) - Down by 0.6g. Now 3.5kg off! WOW I am happy!
Day 10 (12/01/2024) - Oh nooo, UP again by 0.35g. 3.1kg off and at 141.85 - but am still happy. I just need to keep this going. Not too bad for 10 days. My next goal is to break into and beyond the 140's so I can tackle the 130's.
Day 11 (13/01/2024) - Down by 0.4g...YEAHHH. Now again at 3.5kg off - am now at 141.45kg. I did cheat last night with some Melkkos, oh my gosh, but I regret it because I did not feel well - however I did use the Quick Cheat drops, but ja, I ate too much of it. Just glad I am off...hunting those 140's now!
How did I get this big?
After my studies I started working in an office environment. In HR. It was straneous and long hours. I was just sitting from 5 (an hour to work) worked until 6/7 to miss traffic and then an hour back to the house. Time to cook / prep meals were limited. As a result I ate a lot of junk food. During those times, we had limited options with regard to healthier options. That contributed to a lot of my weight gain.
It may sound like excuses, but I am sure many factors in my life contributed to where I find myself today w.r.t. my weight. Stress was definitely a factor. I started out as a payroll administrator then promoted to HR Administrator & HR Assistant were subjected to do stressful work such as disciplinary hearings, CCMA Cases, deal with labour relations / union shopstewards. This made me a hard person and I hated doing it. The hours were horrific and I did this for 6 years, my very first job. So the weight piled on...
Its not that I never tried to lose weight before. I did it about 2/3 times. Tae-bo classes, gym and diets. But it did not last due to a perfect storm - long hours, stress, junk food and being inactive. And at that time I only had about 15-25kg to shed. But it got much worse...
This story is developing: As I update my days / weigh-ins, I also ad to my life story...
